What size bracelet should I buy?

Currently, we sell Small and Medium sized bracelets. Our Small bracelet is approximately 6 ¼ inches long. Our Medium bracelet is approximately 7 ¼ inches long. We will be releasing Large sized bracelets next year.

What is your return policy?

Wrap –n– Snaps will refund the full product price within 30 days of the receipt date for the unopened item(s). You are responsible for the shipping cost. Follow these steps to return:

Notify us at nicole@wrapnsnaps.com of your intention to return our product(s). Please include the original order confirmation email with your message.
After receiving our reply, please print a copy of our email and enclose it in your return package.
Once we receive your package, we will refund your money back to the original form of payment.

How can I change my address?

Please review all shipping and purchase information carefully before submitting your order. If you become aware of a need to edit or update your ship-to address, please contact us immediately at nicole@wrapnsnaps.com with all relevant information including your order confirmation number. If your package has not left our facility, we should be able to update your information. We are not liable for any packages returned to us due to an incorrect ship-to address or being unclaimed. If a package is returned to us for one of these reasons, we will refund the product cost only (excluding shipping fees). We are not responsible for lost packages if the ship-to address was submitted incorrectly at the time of purchase.

Is payment through your website secure?

Yes, payment through WooCommerce at Wrap –n– Snaps LLC Webstore (http://www.wrapnsnaps.com) is secure. WooCommerce is now the most popular e-commerce platform on the web and champions a high security system. WooCommerce does not provide us with your financial information such as your credit card number. We are only provided your contact information and shipping address so that we can fulfill your order.

For your convenience, we also offer payment through PayPal, one of the world’s largest Internet payment companies. PayPal uses data encryption and anti-fraud technologies to ensure your financial information is secure and safe.


It is normal to have a roughly 2% defective rate within each batch of product due to the normal manufacturing process. You may request replacement parts/items within 30 days of the purchase date if the product was purchased from an authorized retailer or this website. Please provide the following to nicole@wrapnsnaps.com:
1. Picture of proof of purchase (receipt)
2. Picture of original packaging showing the UPC code
3. Picture of broken/defective item
4. Your shipping address (within USA only)

How long will it take to receive my order?

In stock orders ship within 24 hours of submission. Please allow 8 business days to receive your order. Wrap –n– Snaps is not responsible for shipment delays due to inclement weather.

What mailing service do you use to ship products?

Wrap –n– Snaps uses USPS standard shipping to deliver all products.

What does it cost to ship Wrap -n- Snaps products?

We have a flat rate shipping fee depending on the quantity of items purchased in a single order. Orders under $35 will cost $5.00 to ship within the USA. Orders over $35 costs $10.00 to ship within the USA.

What is the age recommendation for your products?

We market our products to children 5 years and older. Our products contain small parts and therefore pose a choking hazard for young children. They are not for children under 3 years of age.
